
FINN-POWER E Brake - SERVO ELECTRIC BENDING TECHNOLOGY BY FINN-POWER
FINN-POWER E series press brake is a fast, accurate, non-hydraulic press brake. By applying mechanics and electronics a unique, patented, mechatronic drive was developed. This drive is based on the pulley principle resulting in a very even distribution of forces in the top beam, high accuracy and increased productivity with decreased energy consumption. The frame concept makes it possible to utilize the back gauge system across the entire working length. A special high speed version (type HS) is available in addition to the standard FINN-POWER E press brake.

FLEXIBLE PRESS BRAKE AUTOMATION
Finn-Power's new robotized press brake solution for automated bending continues Finn-Power´s commitment to providing a wide range of sheet metal bending machines such as electric and hydraulic press brakes, robotic press brakes and bending cells. The robotized press brake system consists of a standard industrial robot and a Finn-Power press brake equipped with standard machine control. An essential part of the system is offline software, with which the operator can create bending cycles automatically in the office as well as create programs for the robot and the press brake. Programming time is considerably shortened, and programming does not disturb production. One of the key benefits of the system is that all pre-programmed programs can be adjusted on the shop floor due to standard robot and press brake programming code. A robotized press brake can be integrated in Finn-Power's well-known Night Train FMS® solutions. |
